MELANOFREE
Milano Free consists of three basic substances, tretinoin 0.05, hydroquinone 4% and fluocinolone 0.1%, each of which has an effect on the skin and skin in general:
Tretinoin is a derivative of vitamin A, and is characterized by its exfoliating effect, as it interacts with the keratin of the skin, i.e. the outer layer, and causes the separation of dead skin cells and the exfoliation of the stressed outer layer.
Hydroquinone has a direct effect in inhibiting melanin, reducing skin pigmentation, preventing the appearance of more brown spots or dark areas, and on the other hand restoring already formed spots to their natural color.
Fluocinolone plays an important role as both of the previous substances cause skin inflammation, and here fluocinolone intervenes with its moisturizing effect to neutralize the skin and eliminate inflammation or redness.
يتكون مستحضر ميلانو فري من ثلاثة مواد أساسية، وهي التريتينوين بتركيز 0.05 والهيدروكينون بتركيز 4% والفلوسينولون بتركيز 0.1%، وإليكي تأثير كل منهما على البشرة والجلد بصفة عامة:
التريتينوين هو أحد مشتقات فيتامين A ، ويتميز بتأثيره المُقشر، حيث يتفاعل مع كيراتين الجلد أي الطبقة الخارجية ويسبب انفصال خلايا الجلد الميتة وتقشير الطبقة الخارجية المجهدة.
الهيدروكينون وله تأثير مباشر في تثبيط الميلانين، مما يقلل من تصبغات الجلد، ويمنع ظهور المزيد من البقع البنية أو المناطق الداكنة، ومن ناحية أخرى يُعيد البقع المتكونة بالفعل إلى لونها الطبيعي.
الفلوسينولون ويلعب دورًا هامًا حيث تسبب كلتا المادتان السابقتان التهاب البشرة، وهنا يتدخل الفلوسينولون بتأثيره المرطب لمعادلة الجلد والقضاء على الالتهابات أو الاحمرار.
